AdSniper provides AI-powered competitor ad analysis and ad copy generation. Results are generated using AI and should be reviewed for accuracy and compliance with advertising platform policies before use.

3. Account & Credits

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • Credits are consumed per analysis and are non-refundable once used.
  • Purchased credits may have an expiration date as noted at time of purchase.
  • Failed analyses automatically refund your credits.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the service.
  • Abuse rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions.
  • Scrape, resell, or redistribute generated content at scale without permission.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your input data (keywords, URLs). Generated ad copy is provided for your use, but AdSniper does not guarantee exclusivity of AI-generated content. The AdSniper platform, branding, and technology remain our intellectual property.

6. Disclaimers

  • AI-generated content is provided "as is" without guarantees of accuracy or effectiveness.
  • AdSniper is not responsible for the performance of ads created using our suggestions.
  • Service availability may be affected by third-party API providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdSniper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
